Partnering with Chime Communications PLC, Collette Dunkley founded XandY Communications in 2006. She has spent six years researching gender science differences and applying them to business communications practices.

Previously, Collette rose to become Executive Board Director with a number of global companies, heading up Communications and Marketing functions at General Motors, Vodafone, COLT, Viridian and Cable & Wireless.
She advises a wide range of global organisations, brands, charities and personalities and lectures extensively
in strategic communications and gender issues.
